Started in April 2020 where we rallied together to assist struggling families. The pandemic stripped so many families from their sense of security, the disadvantaged became critical, those above the bread line became desperate and even the financially stable households were rocked and caught off guard as they all fought to keep the basic needs of their families met.

 

We raised funds to make and deliver food parcels to these struggling families in the greater East Rand of Johannesburg.

In 9 months (Apr-Dec 2020), we raised over R500, 000.00 and got endless donations of food and toiletries from the local community, churches and businesses.

We provided over 150 000 meals for families in need.

This feeding scheme is still running and is bring much needed alleviation many families.
